"It didn't work out well. They told me they some kind of email failures so they did not come after I purchased the big deal. We went back and forth and when they finally came out they told me they didn't think they could do anything. I very much felt like I gave that money away. They had looked at my rain gutters and said that I need to get a roofer to look at this which was fine. But they didn't offer to make it easy for me or provide any help in doing that. So I feel like if and when I do get the roof problem fixed and call them back that the money that went to them is gone and will not be accounted for."
